- Follow up contract signing process and manage purchase contract
- Support Purchaser Manager or buyers to do other daily purchase works.
Job Responsibilities- Understand the procurement process
- Execute our procurement charter and work closely with stakeholders
- Follow up the contract signing process and management Purchasing contract
- supports the daily work of purchasing managers and buyers
- Background or experience in International logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent
- You should be a current university student, and available to work for at least 6 months (4 working days a week, can request leave if necessary)
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Fast learner, good interpersonal skills and teamwork-oriented
- Familiar with outlook, word, excel, and PPT
- Excellent sense of responsibility and communication skills
Job requirements- International logistics, supply Chain management or related majors
- Currently a student at school, able to do at least 6 months of internship work, 4 working days a week (occasionally return to school tasks can ask for leave)
- Good Excellent English reading and writing skills
- Excellent learning ability, good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
- Familiar with commonly used office software, such as outlook, word, excel, and PPT
- Good sense of responsibility and communication skills
