Integrated Solutions Specialist (ISS) - BEA

We are looking for an ambitious Integrated Solutions Specialist (ISS) to join our Bioprocessing Equipment & Automation (BEA) technical team. As ISS, your aim is to increase sales of BEA to our Biopharmaceutical customers, in partnership with cross-functional teams.

You will focus your time on building strategic relationships, supporting new and existing sales opportunities alongside our Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) team, and cultivating these opportunities to completion.

What will you do?

  • Support customer face to face meetings and provide technical support/facilitation to the commercial discussion.
  • Support, drive, and close all hardware and automation sales projects for your region alongside the TSS team.
  • Provide strategic support regarding BEA equipment: focused largely on DeltaV automation support to our global TSS team.
  • Technical consulting on URS and functional specification documents.
  • Support TSS in assembling complex automation quotes.
  • Work consistently in a cross-functional manner with Divisional resources and partners.
  • Provide input and support in a variety of BEA sales situations with a high degree of collaboration alongside the Technical Solutions Engineering team.

How will you get there?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree related to Life Sciences and/or Process Automation

Experience

  • Technical background in single-use technologies gained in an industry scientist, field application, technical sales, or field service role
  • 3-5 years of related experience in bioprocessing and process automation
  • Proven team working skills to contribute in a highly matrixed organization
  • Sales experience within the biopharmaceutical sector preferred
  • Strong influencing and networking skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively on a weekly basis, 25-50%
  • Strong IT skills and highly proficient in Office 360 and SalesForce.com

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $87,700.00-$131,500.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
