ROLE PURPOSE:
Oversees and ensures optimum and efficient operation of water and used water systems of Philippine Ventures subsidiaries thru holistic and effective implementations operations policies and standards to ensure delivery of service obligations.
DELIVERS:
- Oversees the subsidiaries water and used water facilities efficiencies and OPEX. Review of OPEX of the subsidiaries.
- Ensures 100% facility reliability and meet service obligation requirement
- Guards compliance to service coverage, water pressure, water availability, NRW and other technical KPI-BEM
- Technical Operations Programs, Policies and Processes
- Effective and on time implementation of EFC best practices program relating to Project Management, Technical Operations and Strategic Asset Management
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Licensed Engineer
- With at least 5-year work experience in water source \ water \ used water master plan development
- Knowledgeable in water and used water treatment plants operations, project management, engineering, asset management, project economics and regulatory issues
- Knowledge on government water supply, used water and environmental laws and programs
- At least 5-year management experience
