Operation Support (Open for Fresh Graduates)


 

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving IT support requests from customer.
  • Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
  • Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkers
  • Handling customer technical support cases through email and chat tools.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess college degree, diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Must have good communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and fast pace environment.
  • Should have at least 50 WPM typing skills.
  • Candidate must have good problem solving skills and can work under pressure.
  • Must able to work independently or with minimum supervision.
  • Must be able to work in shifting schedules.
  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite - Makati.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php9,811.00 - Php39,197.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
