Responsibilities:
- Resolving IT support requests from customer.
- Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
- Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkers
- Handling customer technical support cases through email and chat tools.
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess college degree, diploma or equivalent.
- Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Tools.
- Must have good communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and fast pace environment.
- Should have at least 50 WPM typing skills.
- Candidate must have good problem solving skills and can work under pressure.
- Must able to work independently or with minimum supervision.
- Must be able to work in shifting schedules.
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
- Must be amenable to work onsite - Makati.
