• To ensure procurement of accurate pre-certification authorization/referral for applicable returning and new patients as well as review and completion of accurate, complete patient charts. Scheduling of multiple physician ordered tests, exams and surgeries where applicable.

  Degree / Education

  • High School Diploma/GED

  Level of Experience

  • 1 Year in Healthcare

  Lic./Cert./Reg.

  • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.

  Typing/Word Processing skills required for this position

  • 25 WPM
  OR
  • 5000 keystrokes per hour with less than 10 errors.

  Computer Skills required for this position

  • Type of software Medical manager- ms word- excel
  • Familiarity of basic pc skills
