Further informations about this occupation opportunity please read the description below. Aerotek is currently seeking a Customer Care Technician for our client in the Kansas City area. The Customer Care Technician will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls from Veterinary Offices, typically from Veterinarians, Vet Technicians, and/or their assistants. Call will typically be concerning advice on the 100s of tests provided to their clients, costs associate with particular tests, inquiring about expected test results, scheduling sample pickups, and customizing testing panels.
- Candidates must have 2+ years of experience working ! as a Veterinary Technician within a Vet Clinic.
- Regis! tered Vet Techs are not required but would be a bonus.
- Experience working in a call center or an office setting
- Candidates must have had experience administering meds, taking animal samples, assisting in surgeries, involved in patient treatment plans, understand all testing and chemistries for diagnostic analysis, etc…
Education:
Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology is preferred but not required. Registered Vet Technician is preferred but not required. OR HS Diploma and 2+ years of experience working as a Veterinary Technician within a Vet Clinic.
