Job Duties:
- Provides necessary reports for allocation/billing charges
- Audits and reviews invoicing for all medical benefits and 401k
- Supports the annual ACA - Reporting /1095
- Assist in development of business practices as they relate to benefits/benchmarking
- Determines employee benefit interests by conducting employee surveys
- Explains employee benefits by helping to prepares written and graphic announcements and explanations, responding to requests as needed
- Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information
- Assists with new-hire orientations
- Performs quality checks of benefits-related data
- Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes
- Distributes all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility
- Enrolls employees with carriers and process life status changes
- Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries
- Assists with the open enrollment process
- Assist with pulling files in the office when needed
- Other projects as needed

- Associates degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for education
- 2-3 years working in HR or Benefits Administration role
- Strong attention to detail and consistent and timely follow-up with customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset
