Objective
We are seeking an energetic Office Assistant for the front desk reception area of our headquarters office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival at reception area, direct guests to the appropriate person in the office
- Answer and transfer multiple telephone calls to internal offices; respond to general inquiries
- Administrative support through data entry using online database, generate weekly report, e-file to cloud system
- Clerical tasks including scan documents, photocopy, email correspondence, and other office duties assigned
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails and deliveries to recipients in the office
- Ensure front desk area is tidy and presentable for the company's professional image
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of coffee machine
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bilingual in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Minimum 1 year of office assistant or customer service is preferred
- Skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Attention to detail, good organizational skill, professional phone etiquette
- Positive learning attitude, friendly demeanor, polite manner
