Bay Area - Director of Surgical Services needed to join the high quality staff of this progressive, award winning non-for-profit acute care facility located 30 minutes to San Francisco.
Reporting directly to the CNO, this leadership position oversees the OR, OPS, PACU and Endoscopy along with 70+ FTEs. With 5100 annual surgeries and ten operating rooms, surgical specialty areas include cardiovascular, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, GYN and robotics.
Interested candidates should be confident, fair minded, assertive, strategic and results driven while focusing on! quality initiatives, patient and employee satisfaction. Engag! ing interpersonal skills, the ability to critically think and multi-task are essential as well as a demonstrated comfort level with computers and budgets.
Minimum Requirements:
BSN, MSN preferred
Management experience within surgical services
Active CA RN license on or before first day of employment
