Front Office Manager for the Luskin Conference Center assumes operational responsibility for all front desk the LCC property including customer services functions, personnel actions, budget planning and accounting functions (income and expense reporting and reconciliation) for a 24-hour facility.Manage daily operations of the Front Desk Staff to maximize revenues and profits while attaining optimal guest satisfaction. Respond to guest's special requests, needs, problems, issues and concerns. Accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor and control daily revenues and expenses, ensure procedures are followed and proper controls are in place to minimize losses and expenses and maximize conference center profits. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance operations to help coordinate services to guests. Supervise Assistant Front Office Managers, Bell Attendants, PBX Operators and Guest Service Agents; interviewing, scheduling, training, developing, coaching and counseling. Incorporate recommendations in performance reviews. Provide open communication and advising on discipline related issues, as appropriate.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.

Must have minimum of 3-year experience in front office management for a 4- or 5-star property/hotel.
