Office Assistant/Receptionist


 

OFFICE ASSISTANT NEEDED

Expanding contractors’ business is seeking a full-time Office Assistant who is familiar with construction industry to assist management with various administrative tasks.

Position Duties include:

  • Working with company principles
  • Fielding phone calls and taking messages
  • Responding to emails
  • Scheduling meetings/bid calls
  • Keeping appointment calendar updated
  • Compiling documents
  • Filing
  • General office duties as needed

We are looking for a professional self-motivated individual with great communication skills, attention to details, and who can prioritize projects and time management.

Spanish/English a plus

Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

This position has a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8-5 and is located in the El

Segundo/Manhattan Beach area.

Starting pay $20-$25 an hour relative to experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
