Specialist
Lee Household is seeking a full-time Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our customer service department. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role and be able to multi-task and prioritize duties, as well as be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Duties and responsibilities
·Answer phone calls and take messages in a professional manner
·Answer emails and respond to chats in a timely manner
·Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
·Follow communication guidelines and procedures, answer questions, keep records, take down information, file complaints, participate in team meetings
·Receive incoming calls from customers and route them to appropriate staff members
·Manage multiple chats in a timely manner
·Assist with customer service requests (i.e., open lines, update status, provide information on products)
·Assist with scheduling appointments for customers (i.e., book appointments)
·Maintain customer records (i.e., create quotes) and document communication in the CRM system)
·Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience
·High school diploma or equivalent required
·Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
