We are looking for Experienced Candidates for the position of FDO / GRO for one of our leading client.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
- Addressing and escalating customer complaints
- Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Managerwhen needed
- Record information in the logbook daily
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 1 - 2 years of work experience as a Guest Relations Officer, receptionist or a similar role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time-management skills.

Salary: Rs45,000.00 per month
