1) BC EM or FP or Med/Peds
2) November ongoing; 10-14 shifts/month
3) 12-hour shifts; 9a-9p
4) Procedures: sutures, splinting of non-complicated fractures
5) Located 5 minutes from downtown Charleston, West Virginia
