PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT/NURSE PRACTITIONER
Mon General Hospital is seeking an NP or PA for our Cardiothoracic Surgery Services to assist the surgeons in pre-operative preparation, intra-operative and post-operative care of the patient undergoing coronary revascularization, valvular or thoracotomy procedures. You will assist specifically with cardiothoracic endoscopic saphenous vein harvesting, first assist on cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures and post operative patient care in the ICU and cardiac step down units under the supervision of the cardiothoracic surgeon. Six months to one year of experience in endoscopic saphenous vein harvesting advanced line and chest tube p! lacement is preferred but willing to train.
This posi! tion is a full time position with shared call responsibilities and weekend commitment.
