For detail informations about this job opportunity please read the description below. As a working supervisor, the Clinical Manager on the unit supervises patient care activities and staff members. The Clinical Manager coordinates total patie! nt centered-care both meeting the physical, age specific, social and mental status, and cultural and spiritual of the patients, and ensuring optimal care and service in accordance with physician orders, JCAHO, OSHA, nursing and department guidelines. The Clinical Manager fulfills these duties to ensure continuity and quality of care, which fosters all patients and their families' best interests and well-being.
Job Requirements
a. Minimum Education Requirement : Incumbent must be a graduate from a school of nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing preferred.
b. Minimum Experience Requirement : Demonstrated knowledge of staff development and program development. Effective interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with physicians, and instruct patients and their families.
c. Minimum License Requirement : Current licensure as a registered nurse from the West Virginia State Board of Nursi! ng. Must possess current BLS certification within probationary! period, which is renewed every two years.
