Applicants must have graduated from an accredited residency program, completed a cornea/refractive fellowship, and be board certified/board eligible. Individuals must be committed to clinical care, education and research in an academic environment.

The WVU Eye Institute, a modern three-story facility, is adjacent to WVU Hospital . The department offers both residency and fellowship programs, has all subspecialties covered by full time faculty, and has an active research program.
