Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of office staff, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of office employees
- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries
- Maintain organized filing systems for efficient document management
- Ensure proper functioning of phone systems and handle any technical issues that may arise
- Utilize medical office management software to schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with patients, colleagues, and external contacts
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Min 3 days a week supplies deliver.
- Assist QAPI report
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with medical office management software is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must able to Speak Korean.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise in the office
