Luxury fine art studio is looking for an Experienced Call Center Manager to remotely oversee our staff of telephone sales agents.
We are looking for an upbeat, charismatic, self-motivated individual who is all about positive reinforcement, consistency, and results. If you thrive on teaching, coaching and motivating and are adept at exceeding sales goals, this may be the perfect fit for you.
In this position, you will continually hire, train, prepare, and motivate our booking specialists to provide excellent service to our clients while ensuring they reach their scheduling and appointment setting goals. You will apply set objectives and expectations, analyze call center metrics, ensure that the company and staff meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and provide reliable, proven support for clients.
You must be a strong sales closer and be able to lead by example.
Responsibilities:
Hiring, training, coaching, and leading reservation specialists as they provide support for clients
Answering staff questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing challenging clients, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives
Leading team meetings, discussing expectations, clarifying questions regarding processes and practices
Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals
Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed
Manager Requirements:
Previous call center management and sales experience REQUIRED
A proven LEADER and SALES CLOSER who leads by example
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations
Upbeat, Charismatic, Results Driven Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of management principles Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate staff
Decisiveness and attention to detail Data-driven managerial skills, focused on reporting, data analysis, and definitive action to create results
Polite, professional phone voice

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
