We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven individual to join our team as Case Settlement Manager. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work-product and has a passion for excellence. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage case files and ensure accuracy and completeness of information from intake, retainer and finally drafting the demand letter
- Review, process, and track settlement agreements and disbursements
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in the case
- Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with trial preparation and support
- Maintain case management database and filing systems
Requirements:
- Extremely intelligent and capable of handling complex legal processes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and other parties
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new technologies as needed
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring positive client experiences
- Takes pride in their work and strives for excellence
