Case Settlement Manager [United States]


 

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven individual to join our team as Case Settlement Manager. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work-product and has a passion for excellence. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage case files and ensure accuracy and completeness of information from intake, retainer and finally drafting the demand letter
  • Review, process, and track settlement agreements and disbursements
  • Communicate with clients and other parties involved in the case
  • Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence
  • Assist with trial preparation and support
  • Maintain case management database and filing systems

Requirements:

  • Extremely intelligent and capable of handling complex legal processes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and other parties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new technologies as needed
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring positive client experiences
  • Takes pride in their work and strives for excellence

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
